SITE VISITS & SERVICES
For added reassurance that everything on the day will run smoothly, we offer an ‘Event Service', whereby a member of our team can be present to manage the equipment on your day.
We can cover everything from opening and closing, to power logistics and furniture rearrangement. Prices are generally based on an hourly rate and depending on your requirements can sometimes need more than one member of staff.
We offer to meet up with all our customers, however, at new locations a site visit is essential.
During the site visit we check for potential hazards, site access, the lay of the land, and discuss the size of the marquee. We will talk through your ideas & how you envision your day to run. We are always on hand during the run up for any support & further ideas as we understand your day is always developing.
